About the role
The Pricing & Promotions Analyst is responsible for the functional delivery, communication and management of the process supporting promotions, POS pricing and systematic execution of markdowns for the Outlet channel. This role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of promotion execution while working closely with all cross-functional teams—ultimately assuming responsibility for the Outlet channel. This role will support the Sr. Analyst with business tasks as needed.
The impact you can have
· Support the business with coordination and execution of deals and promotions in pricing system.
· Responsible for all CFT communication and materials needed for timely execution.
· Independently own the outlet hardmark process and coordinate with business teams to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely manner.
· Manage creation of cross channel markdown and POS picture books for the business as needed.
· Maintain the promotions and barcodes report for all channels
· Create barcodes for in-store and marketing promotions.
· Serve as the pricing system expert and advise the business teams on best execution process.
· Partner with Store Operations team in response to business critical promotional or pricing errors in stores.
· Assist the Sr. Analyst with business tasks as needed.
· Complete special projects assigned by the Manager.
You'll bring to the role
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required
· 1-2 years of experience preferred in retail, planning, allocation, or systems support
· Functional understanding of retail/vertical retail business processes
· Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skills
· Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
· Ability to use logic to solve problems
· Able to present ideas and direction clearly to others
· Able to build strong relationships with a diverse group of business partners
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
· Experience with or a strong ability to learn reporting/data warehousing tools preferred
· Possess strong organizational and time management skills
· Possess a strong sense of urgency and a high level of attention to detail
· Must be disciplined and able to work under pressure while being flexible and able to adapt

· The target salary range for this role is: $50,000 - $60,000

· Hybrid: This position works in a hybrid model, with 4 days per week worked in the Hingham, MA office.
