REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Linux systems in a troubleshooting or support role.
- Proficiency with Bash scripting/familiarity with Python
- Strong understanding of diagnostic tools
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and triage hardware and software issues
- Experience operating in high-pressure environments where uptime is critical (manufacturing, robotics, IoT, cloud systems, etc.)
- Effective communication skills with the ability to distill technical findings into actionable plans for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a production or technical support setting
- Willingness to work production hours and overtime as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with manufacturing or robotics systems with Linux-based deployments
- Interest in automation devices, home electronics, or personal projects involving Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar technologies
