About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs – Healthcare & Life Sciences to serve as the operational backbone of our Healthcare Product Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder GTM programs that bring NVIDIA’s healthcare narrative to life across developer ecosystems, partner collaborations, and key field-facing moments. From orchestrating developer hackathons and Deep Learning Institute (DLI) workshops to designing white-glove executive experiences for NVIDIA’s ecosystem partners, you will be the primary driver of downstream healthcare market activation. This role sits within Product Marketing, where you will work closely with the team, in turn engaging with product, business development, engineering, and partner teams to help take to market clear, credible, and compelling programs that position NVIDIA as the platform for healthcare innovation.
What you'll be doing:
Lead GTM Program Operations: Own end-to-end the program management for Healthcare Product Marketing initiatives, defining scope, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and success metrics from concept through execution and post-program analysis.
Drive Field Activation Programs: Program manage the field activation of Product Marketing narratives and content across field-facing moments, ensuring NVIDIA and our partners show up with our best better-together narratives.
Support Executive and Partner Engagements: Lead the operational foundation for high-touch executive and partner experiences including VIP Summits, Executive Briefing Center programs, and industry roundtables, delivering executive-level experiences with precision and professionalism.
Orchestrate Developer Community Programs: Orchestrate developer community programs, including hackathons and healthcare-specific DLI workshops, serving as primary integrator across teams to ensure developers and partners have access to the right content, curriculum, and technical environments.
People Management: Lead program mana gers on the team toward a common mission, enabling them with the mentorship, vision, and skill growth required to take a program end to end.
What We Need to See:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business or healthcare fields.
8+ years of overall relevant experience in program management, project management, and delivery;
4+ years of experience leading a team, and their success delivering programs.
Operational Excellence: A proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes programs where "getting it right on the ground" is the primary objective.
Partner Facing Engagement: Proven track record of building go-to-market programs with partners in healthcare or life sciences.
Stakeholder Management: Strong leaders hip skills to manage cross-functional teams and navigate a matrixed organization.
Passion: A passion for healthcare and for how NVIDIA platforms for this industry position AI for good.
