Field Team Lead – Activations, Events & Execution

The Job
- Execute key customer growth plans to drive market share and profitability.
- Optimise field events and activations to maximise customer engagement and commercial impact.
- Drive brand and SBU diversity focus to support margin improvement.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships across key accounts and stakeholders.
- Support field team representatives and Sales Managers to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Manage the relationship with third-party agency partners.
- Develop and manage a system for regular quality audits and spot checks to ensure compliance.
- Drive disciplined sales execution through Focus Sheets in Salesforce across the field team.
- Partner with Sales and State Managers to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of key events such as Trade Expo and Tax Time demos.
About You
- Strong process discipline with a focus on operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between field teams, customers, and senior management.
- A data-driven mindset, using insights to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in execution, compliance, and field operations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
