The Opportunity

 

Newly created entry level opportunity for a Territory Solution Specialist to join our Wound Closure team in WA. Based in Perth, you'll work closely with hospital customers to provide inventory and billing solutions, and product/education support. Working alongside a high-performing sales team, you'll strengthen customer partnerships and assist the Wound Closure Team to effectively execute their sales and marketing strategies across Perth.

Responsibilities

 

• Driving inventory and supply management excellence through MyShelf stock management, order generation, and proactive support to ensure customers have the right products available when needed
• Building trusted customer partnerships by providing education, product support, and inventory solutions to healthcare professionals, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and strong clinical outcomes
• Supporting business growth and account success by identifying customer needs, collaborating with Product Specialists, and uncovering opportunities that strengthen key account relationships and portfolio performance
• Collaborate across a high-performing team to manage product recalls, back-order resolutions, customer training initiatives, and cross-functional projects that deliver value for customers and the wider business

 

About You

 

• Degree qualified and experience in the Hospital and/or Operating Theatre environment preferred but not essential
• Strong inventory management, customer service and attention to detail
• Computer systems savvy with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, a positive can-do attitude and strong organisation and time management skills
