As SVP, Client Services, you’ll lead strategic partnerships across UK/EMEA medical communications accounts. Reporting into the EVP, global medical communications, you’ll drive growth, ensure delivery excellence, and inspire multidisciplinary teams to create impactful, scientifically accurate programmes.
What You’ll Do:
- Own senior client relationships and set the vision for account success.
- Drive portfolio growth through strategic planning and consultative selling.
- Champion new business development through organic growth and pitching.
- Oversee integrated delivery across scientific content, strategy, creative, and analytics.
- Lead and mentor client service leaders; foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
- Represent Real Chemistry in senior forums and industry platforms.

What you should have:
- 12+ years in medical communications or healthcare agency leadership.
- Entrepreneurial, go‑getter who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-market accounts and complex programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
- Deep understanding of medical/scientific communications and compliance standards.
- Inclusive leadership style and ability to build high-performing teams.
