SAP ERP & Enterprise Application Security

  • Own application security and IAM for SAP ecosystems
  • Govern SAP roles, authorisations, and access models
  • Support ERP transitions (Oracle → SAP, Workday integrations) from a security and access perspective
  • Ensure SAP security aligns with enterprise IAM and audit requirements

AI Systems Security & Regulatory Awareness

  • Support identification and governance of AI‑enabled systems
  • Ensure AI solutions implement strong access controls, logging, and accountability
  • Contribute to EU AI Act readiness through security, access, and audit inputs
  • Work with architecture and data teams to mitigate AI‑related risks

Migration, Separation & BAU Alignment

  • Embed security and IAM into:
    • Application separation from parent IT
    • Migrations, cutovers, and hypercare
  • Prevent security or access gaps during transitions
  • Support L2/L3 teams with clear security and escalation models

Governance, Audit & Risk

  • Define and enforce application security and IAM standards
  • Act as security design authority for application access decisions
  • Support audits with clear evidence of access and control effectiveness
  • Proactively identify and manage application‑level security risks

Experience, Education and other Required:

  • 8–12+ years in application security and IAM roles
