Responsabilités :
Au sein de la direction marketing et du service client, vous occuperez le poste d'Assistant Chef de Produit Formation.
Sous la responsabilité de la directrice de formation, vous accompagnerez le développement de l’offre de formation continue destinée aux pharmaciens d'officine et à leurs équipes.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Participer à la mise en œuvre et à l'adaptation de l'offre de formation distancielle
- Concevoir les supports pédagogiques des formations e-Learning avec les experts internes ou externes (travail sur le fond et la forme)
- Préparer les storyboards avant leur création
- Structurer l’ingénierie pédagogique des modules en identifiant les contenus essentiels et les activités les plus pertinentes pour atteindre les objectifs définis
- Contribuer au suivi de performances (activations de comptes / Dashboard pour force de vente / suivi des formations partenaires)
- Soutenir la gestion opérationnelle des actions de formation de l’organisme (gestion des bulletins inscriptions et du catalogue ; création de comptes ; inscriptions, service client…)
- Participer à la veille de l'actualité pharmaceutique et concurrentielle.

Profil :
- Vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage d'une durée de 6 mois minimum.
- Vous suivez une formation en Sciences niveau Master 2 ou tu es étudiant en Pharmacie.
- Vous vous intéressez à l'ingénierie pédagogique et au secteur de la santé.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et êtes à l'aise à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre esprit de synthèse et votre organisation
- La maîtrise des outils de formations digitales tels que Storyline, Articulate 360 est un plus.
