POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Customer and Pricing Master Data Administrator manages customer data and the pricing process in SAP and SFDC ensuring business support as well as data consistency and completeness through appropriate updating and standardization of data.


The Contract Operations creates, sends, and confirms electronic contracts required for business based on templates, supporting the appropriate and prompt progress of business.

Handle the routine operations for the Customer Master/ Pricing data and Contract groups for Japan CO.

  • Customer Master Data Operations with Sales Force and SAP and RPA.

  • Pricing Master Data Operations with Sales Force and SAP.

  • Contract Operations with DocuSign and Microsoft Office tools

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Master and Pricing Data Operations:

  • Create and maintain customer accounts and all the relative attributes in SAP system and Salesforce(SFDC), enabling quick and efficient execution of sales transactions.

  • Updates customer master and price master data in SAP by ensuring that the accuracy of the provided documentation is verified.

  • Prepares cyclical reports and reports on demand according to business need.

  • Responding to simple inquiries from sales in Japanese

Contract Operations:

  • Create and maintain contract

  • Create accurate digital contracts using templates based on the request.

  • Expanding the scope of DocuSign-related operations that have already been transferred, Sx and VC agreements

  • Responding to simple inquiries from sales in Japanese

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Education:

University degree or equivalent.

Languages:

Business level Japanese and English speaking, reading and writing skills

Experience/Professional Requirement*:

  • Excellent communication, observation skills and ability to assess situation.

  • Analytical ability and logical thinking.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Multi-tasking abilities and able to execute with speed.

  • Patience when handling tough cases.

  • Ability to work on Japan working hours.

Preferred

  • Study and work experience in Japan

  • Experience Job Transfer working with Japanese
