About the role
Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner – Operations to support our manufacturing organization in Thailand. This role partners closely with frontline leaders and employees, working with the Lead HRBP to manage employee relations, execute HR programs, and ensure stable and compliant plant operations. The role has strong shop-floor presence and is critical to workforce engagement and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned operations teams
Handle employee relations matters including discipline, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution
Coach supervisors and managers on people management, performance discussions, and attendance management
Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, overtime management, and manpower analysis
Analyze HR and operational data (e.g. absenteeism, turnover) to support decision-making
Support core HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and organizational changes
Partner with HR COEs on hiring, compensation, and learning initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations environments
Strong hands-on employee relations experience
Strong English communication skills
Good numerical and analytical skills
Able to work effectively across all employee levels
Preferred: Experience in C&B / Total Rewards and multinational environments

High integrity, sound judgment, and confidentiality
