Location: Remote in Colorado Springs/Denver, CO; Southern California; or Albuquerque, NM 
Travel: 50% Travel  
 
As a Business Development/Capture Manager VII, you will play a strategic role in expanding the company’s footprint in the US Space Force marketplace by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will leverage your expertise to develop and implement customer and market penetration strategies, account plans, technology development initiatives, and partnering strategies that drive business growth. As a recognized Space Force industry specialist, you will provide technical insight across multiple disciplines, serving as a consultant for long-range planning and new areas of technological research. Your role will involve acting as a liaison with government agencies and offices, ensuring the company remains competitive and aligned with evolving market needs. You will be responsible for developing win strategies, leading capture efforts, and overseeing the creation of proposals, whitepapers, and technical demonstrations. Your ability to attract and secure major new business will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future direction and success. 
 
The proposed salary range for this position is $177,500-$210,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
