Was Sie erwartet:

Organisation und Pflege der Ablage sowie Dokumentenverwaltung
Koordination und Verwaltung des PSA-Lagers (Persönliche Schutzausrüstung)
Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
Ansprechpartner für Büromaterialbestellungen
Allgemeine Bearbeitung und Verwaltung des Schriftverkehrs
Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
