Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local, regional and commodity teams to collaborate and innovate. Our services include analyzing company spend data and commodity sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions and best
results for the company.

 

Partner with the best

You will be responsible for managing regional supplier strategy for commodity procurement, including driving process improvements while considering the broader functional context, and ensuring the best contractual conditions alongside strong internal customer satisfaction

 

As a Sourcing Senior Specialist - Commodity Management, you will be responsible for:

• Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers. Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement. Manage claims. Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. This may also include purchasing activities.
• Advises Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.
• Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
• Leads as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Commodity Management.
