Sobre o cargo:

O(a) estagiário(a) de Supply Chain apoia as iniciativas e rotinas do departamento, colaborando com equipes internas (Finanças, Qualidade, Marketing e Vendas) e fornecedores externos. Atua como ponto focal no acompanhamento das importações, no controle de fornecedores e no monitoramento de indicadores de desempenho. O objetivo é contribuir para a excelência operacional e o alinhamento estratégico da área.

Principais responsabilidades:

Monitora os processos de importação de ponta a ponta, desde a emissão do pedido até a chegada ao armazém.
Apoia o controle das despesas do departamento, garantindo a correta conferência dos valores e a organização dos pagamentos.
Consolida e atualiza painéis de indicadores com base nos resultados mensais, promovendo análises e oportunidades de melhoria.
Colabora com departamentos internos e fornecedores externos para assegurar a eficiência operacional.

Requisitos:

Graduação em andamento em Farmácia, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas de ciências exatas.
Excel em nível intermediário para organização, análise e acompanhamento de dados.
Inglês avançado, com boa comunicação escrita e verbal.
Mês e ano de formação após julho/2028, período noturno.
Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente 4x por semana no Morumbi (Zona Sul de São Paulo), das 9h às 16h.
