Job Summary

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Key Account Manager B2C Consumer in Warsaw. As a Key Account Manager you will build and execute strategy and development plan for retail end e-commerce channels with focus on connected lighting products towards B2C consumers.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Build and execute strategy and development plan for assigned channel with focus connected lighting across Poland towards B2C consumers
  • Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnership with customers. Be the partner to them in creating common strategy and building connected category
  • Create high quality and detailed yearly Account plans in cooperation in cooperation with marketing and aligned/agreed with the customer, set targets and plan activities to achieve targets
  • Negotiate with customers the yearly terms and conditions
  • Keep direct contact with the customer ensuring operational excellence
  • Initialize customer tailored sales promotions including improvement actions realization if needed
  • Conduct trainings for the customers to explain strategy and product portfolio in cooperation with Marketing team
  • On-line and of-line category management ensuring NPI, visibility and conversion

Critical Experiences

  • Master degree
  • Fluent Polish and English (both written and spoken) as a must
  • 3+ years of sales experience in retail business 
  • Solid E-Commerce skills & experience
  • Success stories in the area of day to day business management and target delivery
  • Result driven and hands on attitude
  • Strategical thinking and long-term planning
  • Ability to work with multi-function company
  • High knowledge of account planning
  • Financial acumen
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging environment with colleagues, team work.
