Description

As a TPM, you will lead the conceptualization, development, qualification, optimization, and scaling of new process technologies and equipment for the manufacturing of new Apple products. This is a hands-on position requiring outstanding technical skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of modern factory operations.

Minimum Qualifications

BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Industrial Engineering (IE), or a related discipline. Proven experience supporting new product launches to mass production with strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical assembly equipment/fixtures, and techniques such as DFM, DOE, SPC, and FA. Hands-on experience in factory operations, plant management, or industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Experience in consumer electronics device development and manufacturing. Passionate in AI/ML development and predictive operations. Action-oriented problem solver adept at conflict resolution; able to use structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions. Self-starter with a strong sense of innovation, integrity, and attention to detail. Highly organized and flexible, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
