The Role...

Our vision is to enable seamless, 24/7 transactions that feel like magic. But that magic starts long before the first transaction - it begins the moment a new customer looks to join Dojo and for more than half our customers, that journey depends on a Partner.The aim of the Partner priority is for Dojo to “Become the Preferred Partner” for payments, to provide the experience and incentives which make partners choose us above the competition. To achieve this we will focus on a set of initiatives working alongside our more than 1000 partners with the ultimate goal of promoting more engagement , and drive the behaviours which are mutually beneficial to us, the partners and our customers.

We are looking for a Delivery Lead to own this high-priority, truly cross-functional programme where you own the plan of execution for a company-wide priority that aims to reimagine the journey from the point a Partner is onboarded, the activities and tools that allow them to do business with Dojo, to the models that underpin our compensation calculations, so we can become that Preferred Payments Partner.

What You Will Do... 

  • Define and orchestrate the execution of programmes under the Partner Priority at Dojo. Own the end-to-end delivery of the Partner priority, working alongside technical and business areas to ensure we have clear tangible objectives. You will be responsible for aligning timelines, tracking cross-functional progress, and ensuring clear accountability across the organisation to ensure we hit our strategic milestones.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning ceremonies ensuring the work for this priority is represented and mapped accordingly across all the necessary teams as well as all necessary status updates. 
  • Bridge Technical & Functional Divides: Drive day-to-day delivery by collaborating closely with Engineering teams and critical business functions including partnerships, legal and compliance, and all other relevant stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of truth for senior leadership. You will ensure our senior stakeholders are consulted, informed, and aligned through clear, data-driven progress updates.
  • Build the Delivery Infrastructure: Define and maintain high-fidelity plans, dependency maps, and risk logs. You will establish the governance and structures needed to make the "invisible" work visible, proactively identifying resource gaps and blockers to enable faster decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the delivery chapter to continuously optimise and improve delivery across Dojo. 

What You Will Bring...

  • Delivery Management experience in fintech and ideally in projects with a very strong commercial/sales outcomes would be highly beneficial. You understand the high-stakes of regulated environments but also the complexities of the commercial relationships with partners.
  • Cross-Functional Mastery: Experience bringing together disparate streams to achieve a singular business outcome.
  • Delivery Craft: Deep expertise in managing dependencies and risks in fast paced environment. You know how to pivot a plan without losing momentum. 
  • Influencing Collaboratively: You are an expert at building relationships with senior stakeholders and fostering collaboration across different teams and business functions.
  • Think Big, Act Local: You have the strategic mindset to understand the big picture, combined with the pragmatism to manage the multiple workstreams that ultimately drive results.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: You don't wait for a status meeting to identify a blocker. You are proactive, agile, and possess a "can-do" approach to complex problem-solving.
