Lucid is seeking an experienced, talented, and dynamic Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities to join our Legal team. You will work on a broad range of corporate governance and securities matters, with a strong focus on public company disclosures and preparing annual proxy statements. You will also support the Board and its Committees, and provide effective business-focused legal advice to stakeholders across Lucid.

The successful candidate will bring a creative and pragmatic approach to identifying and advising on legal issues, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset.
