The HyperX Product Manager will play an integral role in defining and driving the product roadmap for the mice category. Collaborating closely with internal partners and stakeholders, the Product Manager will lead product development from conception to launch for the assigned product line. Using competitive market data, consumer feedback, and a passion for the user experience, the Product Manager will design and develop cutting edge products in line with the strategy and goals of the business.

Job Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy, roadmap, and positioning for the product portfolio
- Manage entire product lifecycle through ideation, development, go-to-market strategy, and end-of-life transition. Use strong project management skills to ensure all product creation milestones are met in accordance with timelines for regional launches
- Drive leadership in the category with intentional product differentiation, keeping at the forefront of technology trends and consumer behavior
- Define the user experience for target customers
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product category, market trends, competition, and technology. Analyze market data and consumer feedback to inform product development strategies
- Develop strong working relationships with program management and engineering teams, partnering to turn initial product concepts into detailed project requirement documents
- Drive technology roadmap through research and validating prototypes
- Seek new market opportunities by leveraging company's existing competence
- Collaborate with engineering, business, marketing, design team to solve product challenges and come up with go-to-market strategies
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Act as a leader within the company and champion for our products
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years product manager experience in gaming or enthusiast gaming industry
- Demonstrated experience in managing entire product lifecycles of gaming hardware or consumer electronic products
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures, demonstrated awareness of cultural differences, and ability to communicate respectfully in a global environment
- Attuned with the latest PC gaming products, technologies and games
- Understanding of gaming hardware and ergonomics
Preferred Qualifications
- Business Management and Project Management experience
- Mandarin speaking
- Experience working with overseas team members
- Passion for gaming
The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
