• Perform financial analysis of clinical study spending and build planning models.

• Design practical solutions using applied AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, automation, or business intelligence techniques where appropriate.

• Develop reusable assets such as analytical frameworks, solution patterns, evaluation methods, templates, workflow components, and operating documentation to improve speed, consistency, governance, and sustainability.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, communicate recommendations, and support execution of analytics-enabled transformation efforts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required:

  • Associates Degree

  • 1 year related experience

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 1+ years of experience in applied AI, analytics, data science, data engineering, strategy, consulting, automation, or related fields.

Demonstrated experience using AI, advanced analytics, or data-backed problem solving to improve business processes or decision-making.

• Strong structured problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down ambiguous questions, generate hypotheses, analyze data, and develop practical recommendations.

• Evidence of follow-through: taking work from idea, analysis, or prototype through usable outcome, implementation, adoption, or measurable impact.

• Technical fluency with tools or concepts such as Python, SQL, APIs, data modeling, workflow automation, BI platforms, LLM-enabled tools, or statistical modeling.

• Ability to learn new business domains quickly and translate between business needs, analytical methods, and technical execution.

• Experience with GenAI or agentic AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, retrieval/RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, workflow orchestration, evaluation, human-in-the-loop design)

• Experience with data science methods such as forecasting, optimization, simulation, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, segmentation, or scenario planning.
