About the Program

We are inviting exceptional Ph.D. and graduate students from top-tier universities to join our research team. This internship is designed for those eager to bridge the gap between cutting-edge academic research and real-world financial markets. You will leverage your technical skills to solve complex challenges in high-frequency trading.

Apply rigorous mathematical and statistical techniques to uncover alpha. The research directions are:

Alpha Generation: Research and develop alpha signals by analyzing market data and alternative data.
Strategy Optimization: backtest and refine existing strategies to improve performance, stability, and execution efficiency.
Simulation & Modeling: Contribute to the development of internal research infrastructure and simulation engines.

Who You Are

Ph.D. or Master’s student in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
A strong passion for solving puzzles and digging into data to find the "truth" beneath the surface.
Solid grasp of Probability and Statistics.
Proficiency in Python (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas) for data analysis.
Plus: Experience with C++ or competitive quantitative achievements (e.g., Kaggle, Math Olympiads).
