THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Sales Executive to our Client Sales - Wellz team in Milan

Wellz by Wellhub delivers measurable, science-backed mental health support for employees—combining therapy, coaching, digital content, and real-time support with data-driven insights for HR leaders.


Why this role is unique
This is a growth-stage expansion role in the Italian market! Wellz is a new solution in Italy, but not a new story. You’ll introduce it with the credibility, brand recognition, and existing presence of Wellhub—while still having the opportunity to shape how it grows locally. 
It’s a rare opportunity to contribute to building something new, with the support, resources, and expertise of an established global company.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Drive the growth of Wellz in Italy, introducing a new mental health solution backed by the strength of Wellhub’s brand.
  • Build and develop relationships with HR, People, and Benefits leaders, positioning Wellz as a trusted and strategic partner.
  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, supported by marketing initiatives and global best practices.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy and growing pipeline.
  • Deliver tailored, consultative sales experiences, from presentations to proposals, by understanding client needs and aligning them with meaningful business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success and other teams to ensure a seamless experience from first conversation to onboarding.
  • Share insights from the Italian market to help refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy locally. Contribute to shaping how Wellz grows in Italy—bringing ideas, testing approaches, and helping build a strong foundation for future expansion.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 3+ experience in B2B sales (in SaaS or selling to HR / People or Benefits teams is a plus).
  • You’re proactive and curious, you enjoy opening new conversations and creating opportunities, not just managing inbound demand.
  • You’re comfortable managing a full sales cycle and enjoy a consultative approach to selling.
  • You’re motivated by impact and excited by the idea of contributing to the growth of a new solution in the market.
  • You thrive in dynamic or high-growth environments, and are comfortable navigating change while maintaining focus on your goals. 
  • You enjoy working in collaborative, international environments and partnering with different teams to achieve shared goals.
  • You bring a sense of ownership and take initiative, while also valuing team support and shared success.
  • You have an interest in or exposure to wellbeing, mental health, or HR-related topics, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact in this space.
