Senior AI Automation & Agentic Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Automation & Agentic Engineer to lead our transition into the era of generative software. You won't just build scripts; you will build and maintain robust AI-driven test frameworks and orchestrate multi-agent systems to ensure the reliability of our cutting-edge applications and agents. You will play a pivotal role in achieving "zero critical bugs" through intelligent automation and autonomous testing loops.

Job Location: Bangalore

We think you’ll be a good fit if you have:

• Advanced AI Automation Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience developing sophisticated automated tests, with a proven ability to leverage advanced prompt engineering to drive AI-powered test script generation and maintenance using tools such as UiPath, Claude, Gemini, or OutSystems Mentor.
• Low-Code & RPA Mastery: Proficiency in high-performance low-code platforms like UiPath, with a focus on integrating these with AI Agent Builders.
• Agentic Systems Knowledge: An understanding of how to test and govern AI agents, ensuring they operate predictably, ethically, and securely.
• Architectural Vision: Ability to translate complex business and technical realities into automated strategies that support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) at scale.
• Leadership Approach: A highly collaborative approach, with a track record of building consensus and driving action. A high degree of leadership,  initiative, responsibility, and assertiveness.
• Communication Leadership: Excellent skills in articulating complex AI and automation concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Evolve the Automation Excellence Strategy: Design intricate, self-healing test scripts and frameworks that adapt to application and agent changes automatically using AI.
• Architect Agentic Workflows: Act as a hands-on expert in defining how AI agents interact within our workflows, ensuring high-fidelity performance and security.
• Eliminate Technical Debt: Drive quality practices that use AI-powered reviews to proactively detect issues in architecture, maintainability, and performance every 12 hours.
• Liaise for Excellence: Collaborate with diverse teams – including R&D, Security, TechOps, Digital Transformation, Cloud, and Service Delivery – to build a foundation for AI-native software that meets the highest enterprise-grade standards
