Senior Corporate Financial Revenue Manager

Role Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:
The Corporate Financial Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and optimizing the organization’s revenue performance. This role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure accurate revenue forecasting, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with analytical rigor and business partnership skills to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
Responsibilities:
Partner with executive and business leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that support long-term growth and profitability
Translate business strategy into financial plans, identifying risks and opportunities
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence critical business decisions
Lead scenario planning and modeling for strategic initiatives, investments, and transformations
Own and lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Analyze financial performance, variances, and key drivers; communicate insights to leadership
Establish and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Enhance forecasting accuracy and improve financial modeling capabilities
Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Commercial teams)
Provide proactive financial insights to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
Influence resource allocation decisions and investment prioritization
Support M&A, integration, and large-scale transformation initiatives as needed
Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
Set clear goals and accountability frameworks aligned with organizational priorities
Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the team
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices
Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial planning and reporting
Leverage systems and tools to enhance reporting automation and data visibility

Basic Requirements:
8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A and business partnering
3–5+ years of leadership experience managing teams
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
Preferred Requirements:
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced certification
Experience in large, matrixed organizations
Exposure to transformation initiatives, M&A, or enterprise-wide programs
Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan)
