The Technical Account Manager will steward strategic client relationships, drive platform adoption, and ensure measurable outcomes across Amazon Connect and AWS-based contact center ecosystems. This role blends technical leadership, client partnership, and operational excellence to deliver a seamless, high-value Managed Services experience.
