We are seeking bright and enthusiastic interns from January to June 2027 (Off-cycle internship) who are passionate about problem solving and keen to pick up the requisite skills for a long-term career at PwC.
About the Team
PwC SEAC’s Salesforce practice offers a unique blend of industry insight, business acumen, and technical expertise, empowering clients to transform their Customer Experience with Salesforce. We leverage behavioural economics and human-centred design grounded in commercial reality to deliver impactful solutions.
Our practice addresses the spectrum of clients’ Customer & Digital Transformation needs—encompassing strategy, business model design, and execution. As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in aligning strategy, data, people, process, and technology for the digital age alongside our experienced team.
About the Role
You’ll engage with high-profile Asian and global brands across industries, contributing to exceptional experiences and commercial success. Our Centre of Excellence is your gateway to thought leadership and best practices in Salesforce-powered Customer Experience and Digital Implementation.
As a Salesforce Intern, you will be immersed in a dynamic consulting environment where innovation, collaboration, and technology converge to create impactful digital solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to real-world Salesforce implementations while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key responsibilities:
You will work with our team to support delivery of a broad range of services including business process improvement, system implementation, project risk assurance, as well as project management. You will contribute to building assets on Salesforce solutions and technologies.
Support the design, development, and configuration of Salesforce-based solutions across various clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Assist in testing activities such as unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
Contribute to documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical designs.
Support innovation by contributing to internal accelerators, reusable assets, and best practice frameworks.
About You
Penultimate year students from reputable universities with a focus in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business are preferred but students with other degrees are also welcome to apply
Excellent academic and co-curricular achievement record
Keen interest in upskilling for technology trends, and openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
Interest and/or experience with the Salesforce platform
Strong learning skills to understand Salesforce product portfolios and backend technology
Ability to produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment and to collaborate effectively across global teams and juggle multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
Ability to foster a positive working environment by building relationships with team members
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative
Preferences
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
Ability to work with Git-based version control (GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, etc.).
General knowledge of object‑oriented programming (Java, JavaScript, or similar languages).
xposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, metadata deployment tools) is a plus.
