You'll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and deep functional knowledge to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions that help private equity and corporate clients navigate complex transactions—solving today's challenges while setting the foundation for lasting value creation. As a Director at CrossCountry Consulting, you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, business development, leading teams and developing junior team members, as well as serving as a member of CrossCountry's leadership team.
