As a full-time Call Centre Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our valued clients.
How You'll Shine
Handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy to address inquiries, complaints, and requests
Documenting customer interactions and case details accurately in our internal systems
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to research and resolve complex customer issues
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements
Actively participating in training and development activities to continuously enhance your skills
Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanour to build strong relationships with customers
What You'll Bring
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a wide range of customer inquiries
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
