The Field Service Engineer Benelux handles the daily service needs of the customer’s equipment by driving customer satisfaction.

This position is part of the Field Service Organization located in the Netherlands and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, validation and service repair needs on equipment in GMP environment

• Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction

• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and accurate follow-up, leading to customer happiness.

• Maintaining tools and test equipment accurately and ensuring they are calibrated.

• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

• Applying the right process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.

• Travel is required.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor level education in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic or Automation

• Experience or strong interest in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.

• High integrity. Capability of working under customer pressure and travel in a regulated environment

• Operation knowledge related to computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and database strong plus

• English required, Dutch and/or French is a strong Plus.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· Already worked in a Field Service role before.

· Knowledge about the Pharmaceutical Industry

De Field Service Engineer Benelux is verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse servicebehoeften van de apparatuur van klanten en draagt zo bij aan een hoge klanttevredenheid.

Deze functie maakt deel uit van de Field Service Organization, gevestigd in Nederland, en wordt volledig op afstand uitgevoerd. Bij Cytiva is onze visie om toekomstige therapieën te versnellen: van ontdekking tot levering.

In deze functie krijg je de volgende mogelijkheden:

Het oplossen van storingen, installatie, onderhoud, validatie en reparaties van apparatuur in een GMP-omgeving
Preventief onderhoud en het uitvoeren van Field Modification Instructions
Dagelijkse communicatie met klanten onderhouden om tot oplossingen en een correcte opvolging te komen, wat leidt tot klanttevredenheid
Gereedschappen en testapparatuur nauwkeurig onderhouden en zorgen dat deze gekalibreerd zijn
Voldoen aan eisen op het gebied van Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety en/of alle andere toepasselijke regelgeving
Het toepassen van de juiste processen om problemen in de dienstverlening op te lossen en het uitvoeren van root cause-analyses die leiden tot effectieve probleemoplossing
Reizen is vereist

De essentiële vereisten voor deze functie zijn:

Opleiding op bachelorniveau in biomedische technologie of elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, elektronica of automatisering
Ervaring met of sterke interesse in het diagnosticeren en repareren van mechanische, elektromechanische en/of elektronische apparatuur
Hoge integriteit en het vermogen om te werken onder druk van klanten en te reizen in een gereguleerde omgeving
Operationele kennis van computers (Windows OS, pc’s, servers), netwerken en databases is een sterke pré
Engels is vereist; Nederlands en/of Frans is een grote pré

Het is een pluspunt als je ook beschikt over:

Eerdere ervaring in een Field Service-rol
Kennis van de farmaceutische industrie
