Pay: $110000 - $130000 + 10% annual target bonus

Facilities Manager – JLL

What this job involves:

As a Facilities Manager at JLL, you will serve as the primary interface between our clients and our operational teams, ensuring seamless delivery of facilities management services that exceed expectations[Source: JLL Job Description Template.pdf]. You will oversee daily operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive compliance across all facility systems while maintaining strong client relationships[Source: JLL Job Description Template.pdf]. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic operating plans, implement best practices, and contribute directly to JLL's reputation for operational excellence in facilities management

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Function as the primary interface with clients, visitors, and guests while monitoring overall workflow to ensure timely completion within established SLAs
• Manage operations, maintenance, and capital improvements of all Life Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Security, and Elevator systems
• Inspect facilities consistently and participate in cross-area facility inspections to assure consistent delivery of services and compliance with JCAP Operations audits
• Mentor, guide, and lead site teams while providing oversight of staff selection, counseling, appraisals, recognition, and personnel actions
• Collaborate with Account Leadership and clients to develop goals, objectives, and focus areas for Workplace Experience Services and Integrated Service Delivery
• Analyze engineering operating budgets, track savings and cost avoidance, and develop capital budgets while demonstrating ability to interpret and explain results and variances
• Manage vendor contracts, oversee project development and execution, and provide tactical operational facilities support for key JLL third-party supplier partners

Required Qualifications:

• CFM or IFM certification
• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in facilities or property management
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Facilities, Property, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of commercial real estate, project management, and real estate finance fundamentals
• Technical proficiency in basic computer applications, CMMS, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Teams software
• Proven time management and delegation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed environment
• Strong analytical ability, judgment, problem-solving, and crisis management skills with the ability to gather data, assess situations, and quickly develop and execute solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Successful track record of delivering strategic operating plans through leading practices and rigorous performance standards[Source: JLL Job Description Template.pdf]
• Exemplary client relationship management skills with ability to manage up and down within high-performing JLL and client organizations
• Strong team building capabilities with proven ability to motivate, develop, and challenge team members to maximize potential
• Credible, impactful communicator who operates with a "no surprise" approach and prepares succinct communication updates for senior executives
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with strong analytical, organizational, and presentation capabilities

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
