Role purpose:
Provides reward expertise for the development and implementation of related reward programs and solutions. The role has a global remit, with projects in Castrol although country or region work can be part of the role.
Role accountabilities
Provide specialist advice and support in the design and implementation of reward programs and solutions that may apply to Castrol globally, across the regions and countries. Lead where required.
Deliver to allocated tasks as a member of project team(s)/ad hoc activity squad(s), on an accurate and timely basis.
Engage key business and PC&C partners to understand their solution needs and requirements.
Gather and analyze internal and external data
Ensure solutions are developed and implemented in accordance with Castrol reward & wellbeing processes and policies.
Maintain awareness of standard methodology and external market developments globally.
Continually develop advising, project management and people management skills.
Experience:
Degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years total rewards experience (in either consulting or corporate role).
Technical
Demonstrable background in total rewards, including the delivery of related solutions in a client facing environment.
Solid knowledge of the regulatory, legal, and social requirements for reward and performance management.
Proficient in English and Mandarin
