1. At least 5 years working experience in Java/J2EE programming
2. Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design using UML.
3. Familiar with Struts, Hibernate, or Spring framework would be a plus.
4. Familiar with life insurance business would be a plus.

工作內容

• 負責系統需求分析、系統設計、開發協調、測試驗證、問題排除及上線維運。
• 使用 Java 開發及維護企業級應用系統。
• 與業務單位、IT團隊及外部廠商合作，進行需求訪談、問題分析及解決方案規劃。
• 評估系統需求、技術應用及系統架構，提出系統優化、效能改善建議。
• 撰寫系統分析文件、功能規格書及技術文件
• 與開發人員或廠商協作，確保開發成果符合需求與技術規範。

必要條件

• ５年以上Java開發經驗，熟悉 Spring Boot 框架。
• 具Web 應用程式架構相關經驗。
• 具資安弱點修補、弱點掃描或滲透測試改善經驗。
• 熟悉關聯式資料庫及 SQL 開發與維護。
• 熟悉 Git 版本控管工具。
• 熟悉 CI/CD 或 DevOps 流程。
• 具系統分析、需求訪談及規格撰寫能力。
• 具獨立作業能力，能主動分析與解決問題。
• 具良好溝通能力及跨團隊合作經驗。
