This is what you will be doing.

As Inside Sales Executive for UPS Healthcare you will play a vital role in expanding our market share. You will be responsible for all products and solutions that UPS has to offer – from Small Parcel Express services, to Air- and Ocean freight, Warehousing & Distribution, cold chain packaging and active cold chain solutions. You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio within Iberia and Italy. Next to your customers’ main shipping locations in Iberia and Italy, you are also responsible for potential satellite locations across Europe. You make sure that you maximize our share of wallet with these customers.

Besides this you are responsible for the full conversion sales cycle starting with collection leads, making the first call, and eventually on-boarding them to UPS. You will report and document your activities and results in our CRM system and work closely together with your peers in both the outside- and inside sales teams across Europe.

We will make sure you get properly trained and onboarded into our organization. This means you will get our regular UPS Small Package onboarding but also specific Healthcare training. You will be continuously challenged to develop yourself with sales- and industry related training.

This is what you will need to bring.

  • Bachelor level.
  • Preferably logistics and supply chain knowledge and experience.
  • Preferably Healthcare knowledge and experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in German and English
