Job Description

Summary:

Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels of reprographic supplies. Responsibilities include supporting the reprographics team with printing, tabs and binding requests. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels of all duplicating and printing supplies on all floors.
  • Place timely orders with approved vendors to replenish stock.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming supply shipments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
  • Support the reprographics team with printing, tabs and binding requests.
  • Operate multifunctional copier/scan/print equipment.
  • Operate all binding and finishing equipment (spiral, velo, tape, coil, 3-hole punch).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Familiarity with high-volume printing equipment and office supply management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Inventory Systems).
  • Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one to two years’ experience in office services or supply coordination.
  • Prior experience in a legal or professional services setting in a reprographics environment preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, etc.
  • Fast-paced reprographics/print production setting.
  • Frequent interaction with vendors, delivery personnel, and internal staff.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz provides competitive compensation and benefits to its employees, ensuring that we attract and retain the most talented individuals.  The expected base salary for this role is $60,000.  The base salary offer is based on a variety of factors which includes, but is not limited to, qualifications, education and experience.
