The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving refurbishment strategy, managing capital projects, and leading procurement excellence across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring our properties consistently meet brand standards while delivering outstanding experiences for our members and guests.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute a comprehensive refurbishment strategy aligned to brand standards and business priorities
Oversee end-to-end project delivery across resorts and corporate offices, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved
Partner with Operations, Finance, Design, and senior leadership to prioritise capital investment and refurbishment pipelines
Drive procurement strategy across all departments, ensuring best value, supplier performance, and policy compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Oversee asset and property management across Australia, New Zealand, and Bali
Champion sustainability initiatives, including eco-design and Planet 21 programs
Lead and develop a high-performing team across projects, facilities, and technical services
Ensure compliance with WH&S, regulatory, and environmental standards
What You’ll Bring
Proven leadership experience in construction, refurbishment, or property development environments
Strong project management capability across large-scale, multi-site portfolios
Experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management
Commercial acumen with strong budgeting and financial oversight skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience within hospitality, timeshare, or mixed-use development environments (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline
Flexibility to travel internationally as required
