Position Description:


PingWind is seeking a Network Engineer Lead to provide senior-level technical leadership for the design, implementation, security, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. This role leads a team of network engineers and administrators, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of network systems that support organizational operations and mission-critical applications.

Primary Responsibilities:


Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Minimum of five years of experience in a strategic DoD position engineering I.T. solutions for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and CPN-X
• Perform day-to-day operations, monitoring, problem identification, diagnosis, and of network problems in support of engineered solutions within the DODIN services and networks.
• Support and facilitate demonstrations of Coalition or Joint network capabilities.
• Providing support for military exercises and documenting results in the form of a technical report.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, and cloud networking environments.
• Develop scalable and secure network architectures aligned with organizational and mission requirements.
• Evaluate and implement emerging networking technologies to improve performance, reliability, and security.

Required Qualifications

• Top Secret
• IAT Level III with a Computer Environment Certificate for Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE)
