This role leverages deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal technologies to deliver system-level solutions, drive design optimization, and enable successful Design-In / Design-Win, ultimately ensuring production ramp and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end technical support (pre- and post-sales) to key customers in industrial automation and robotics
  • Engage deeply in customer system architecture design, delivering system-level solutions for PLC, process control, and field instrumentation applications
  • Support full signal chain and control system designs, including:
    • Industrial interfaces (Ethernet, EtherCAT, CAN/CAN FD, RS-232/485, T1L, IO-Link, etc.)
    • Analog / Digital input and output subsystems
    • Sensor signal conditioning (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.)
    • Industrial power and isolation solutions
  • Perform signal chain analysis (noise, accuracy, stability) and provide actionable optimization recommendations
  • Collaborate with robotics customers and ecosystem partners across multiple application segments (e.g., industrial robots, humanoid) to support the system and functional block design
  • Lead or participate in schematic and PCB design reviews; support debugging, validation, and failure analysis to accelerate production readiness
  • Drive Design-In / Design-Win in close collaboration with sales and business units
  • Deliver technical training, solution presentations, and drive adoption of ADI solutions
  • Gather customer and market insights to influence new product definition and roadmap planning

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (Circuits & Systems, Microelectronics, Power Electronics)
  • 6+ years of experience in industrial automation, process control, instrumentation, or robotics
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication and interface technologies (Ethernet, EtherCAT, CAN FD, IO-Link, RS-232/485, etc.)
  • Deep expertise in analog signal chain design, including op amps, ADCs, and DACs
  • Ability to independently design complete signal chains from sensing to data conversion
  • Strong hands-on debugging and noise analysis capability
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications
