This key position is responsible for providing support to multiple teams in the office. The Construction Administrator is in a unique position to help monitor and manage the miscellaneous branch operating expenses to ensure cost-effective spending.

Day in the life: Responsibilities
-Contract process management for all production jobs.
-Accounts Payable/Account Receivable
-Monthly Progress Reports/Invoices/Holdbacks/Lien Waivers
-Manage Branch Contractor Licenses as needed
-Deposit checks and submit daily deposit reports to A/R Department
-Consistent communication with Collections Manager
-Change Orders
-Order COI and WCB for New Projects

What you bring  (Requirements)                                                                                                                   
·         3-5 years’ related experience in Construction environment, preferable commercial Construction  
·         Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
·         Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project
·         Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving
