WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will serve as the principal architect of the CBO’s execution strategy, responsible for building the automated systems that power global scale. Your objective is to transition the organization from reactive workflows to a proactive, tech-enabled operating model that accelerates speed-to-market and operational efficiency.

Strategic Priorities

Business Process Transformation: Lead the transition to an AI-augmented GTM environment, redesigning core workflows to maximize organizational leverage and eliminate operational debtFunctional Integration: Build and govern the unified playbooks that align cross-functional workstreams, ensuring seamless execution across the entire commercial lifecycleScale & Excellence: Lead a high-impact team dedicated to operational rigor, establishing the enterprise standards for how the business expands, measures success, and iterates on its growth engineCommercial Activation: Direct the operational strategy for market entries and portfolio expansion, ensuring the enterprise infrastructure is optimized for the immediate capture of new revenue streams

WHO YOU ARE

8-10+ years of experience in business operations or project management, with a heavy focus on SaaS GTM motions
Expert at building frameworks that facilitate alignment across various stakeholders and identifying 80/20 opportunities
Motivated by a "builder" environment where you create systems from scratch
