Job Description
Develops, implements and evaluates tools and equipment for quality assurance and for product/process improvement.
We are hiring a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team onsite at Frederick, CO.
In this role, you will:
- Provides Quality Assurance guidance, expertise, services, and QA oversight to ensure process, data and product quality.
- Leads and drives process and product improvements and provides quality-related services to Manufacturing and support groups for the Endeavor expansion project.
- Supports start-up activities as Quality representative. Develops, implements and evaluates tools and equipment for quality assurance and for product/process improvement.
- Performs a variety of quality duties to support expansion of Frederick manufacturing operations.
- Improves documentation, processes and applications to meet agreed-upon objectives.
- Participates actively in creation and approval of equipment and process SOPs, related documentation, and new product introduction.
- Supports and implements the transition of products and manufacturing processes from prototype to full production and through the entire life cycle of the product.
- In a process environment, interfaces with the process materials and adheres to safety guidelines.
- Partners with material management, quality peers, planning and procurement, manufacturing, and technical services to create and improve products and processes to meet expansion and production timelines, quality policies, and customer expectations.
- Utilizes digital solutions to optimize and maintain state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
- May be required to use continuous improvement methodologies and understand quality regulations related to the life science industry.
- Reviews nonconformance documentation.
- Reviews Manufacturing executed documentation.
Shift: Will begin on days, M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and will transition into a swing shift role working M-F 4:00 pm to 12:30 am with some flexibility with start and end times.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent in the sciences.
2+ years relevant experience, Experience in a CGMP regulated environment required.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least June 30, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $82,480.00 - $128,875.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
