This position reports to:
Support Services Manager__
Som Project Specialist på Energy Industry i Kista kommer du i första hand att arbeta med inköp mot projekt. Du kommer att arbeta nära både projektledare och inköpsavdelningen. I rollen ingår att lägga anmodan, följa upp leveranser, godsmottagning och hantera leverantörsfakturor. Du kommer tillhöra ett team med totalt 8 personer med olika roller, utplacerade i hela Sverige. Du rapporterar till administrativ chef.
Tjänsten passar dig som vill arbeta på ett företag där fokus ligger på både teknik och människor.

- Skapa inköpsanmodan
- Följa upp leveranser
- Godsmottagning i systemet
- Hantering av leverantörsfakturor
Din bakgrund
- Lägst gymnasieutbildning med ekonomisk inriktning eller likvärdig arbetslivserfarenhet
- Goda kunskaper i SAP är meriterande
- Goda kunskaper i MS Office
- Goda kunskaper i engelska då vi är ett globalt företag.
- Social personlighet med eget driv och vilja att utvecklas
- Bra på att arbeta både i team och självständigt
- Ta egna initiativ
- Flexibel och ha god samarbetsförmåga
- Ett sinne för ordning och reda
- Kunna ha många bollar i luften samtidigt
