What will your day look like?

As our new Solution Expert, you'll be the technical steward and owner for all technical processes and solutions managed by marketing operations. Your mission will be to leverage your comprehensive understanding of processes, platforms, and tools to provide operational support, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimal platform performance. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, maintain platform functionality, and deliver essential technical training and support to your teammates.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Maintaining technical documentation clear and up to date.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for campaign execution.
• Receiving and providing input on Tech & Data handovers, assisting with training and rollouts.
• Providing hypercare support for critical or complex campaigns.
• Onboarding, guiding, and training team members.
• Identifying areas for upskilling and opportunities to expand service offerings.
