About the role
The work
You will translate customer needs into actionable business solutions by designing new business processes aligned with organizational goals. This role includes facilitating user sessions, engaging stakeholders, and implementing process changes supported by strong change‑enablement practices. You will guide customers through requirement definition, process modeling, and adoption activities to ensure solutions are understood, accepted, and successfully integrated into day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate customer needs and strategic objectives into documented business solutions
- Design new business processes based on customer and organizational requirements
- Lead and facilitate user sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
- Implement new business processes while supporting adoption through change enablement activities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and executive stakeholders
Here’s what you need:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, or change management
- Ability to lead change management activities and support process adoption
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting business process re‑engineering efforts
- Background working with federal stakeholders or project teams
- Experience in requirements gathering or solution design for enterprise programs
Eligibility requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
