有效协调内部团队中相关人员的工作质量；
在遵循QMS质量要求和工作程序的基础上执行标准的操作/技术任务；
可以根据工作情况的变化重新安排顺序以完成任务/职责，保证客户可以按时得到服务和需要的产品；

Job Description

·       职责与权限

·       全面负责管理并安排MR-磁体产品线主需求计划，并熟悉物料采购流程和熟悉系统；及时优化生产计划和采购需求计划以确保与生产计划一致，不断提升并满足OTD/FSD等KPI的目标；

·       优化成品库存以及在制品库存的水平，降低运营成本；

·       不断扩展自己的技术学科知识，并能成为技术支持角色对产品计划给出专业技术知识的支持；

·       具有一定的自主权，以良好的技术知识和判断力解决在规定程序中遇到的问题；

·       具有良好的人际交往和沟通能力，并且能在工作中践行领导力；对于面对客户的角色，建立牢固的客户关系并充当客户与 GE 之间的接口，向客户提供一定的技术支持；

 

基本资格

·       该岗位要求在相关领域具有3年以上相关的工作经验；

·       统招本科及以上学历

 

所需特性

·       优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力;

·       优秀的人际关系和领导能力, 能够独立工作;较强的解决问题能力;

·       熟练使用SAP或者Oracle;

·       并具有供应链相关的工作经验；

·       有精益知识和项目优化经验尤佳；

·       拥有CPIM证书尤佳；
