Principais Responsabilidades
- Apoiar a implementação, manutenção e melhoria contínua do SGI (ex.: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, entre outras).
- Elaborar, revisar e controlar documentos do sistema de gestão (procedimentos, instruções, políticas e registros).
- Planejar e executar auditorias internas de SGI, bem como acompanhar auditorias externas e de clientes.
- Monitorar indicadores de desempenho do SGI, apoiando análises críticas e planos de ação.
- Acompanhar e tratar não conformidades, ações corretivas e preventivas.
- Garantir o atendimento aos requisitos legais e outros requisitos aplicáveis.
- Apoiar treinamentos e ações de conscientização relacionados ao SGI.
- Atuar como ponto focal junto às áreas internas, promovendo alinhamento e padronização de processos.
- Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e iniciativas corporativas relacionadas ao SGI.
Requisitos
- Formação superior completa em Engenharia, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimento em normas de sistemas de gestão (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF, ou similares).
- Conhecimento dso Core Tools ( APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA e CEP )
- Conhecimento dos CQIs
- Conhecimento dos requisitos de clientes Fiat e GM
- Experiência com auditorias internas e externas
- Experiência em ambiente industrial/automotivo
