bout the Role:

Oversee day-to-day onsite activities to ensure safe and compliant site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and support delivery in line with the master program and project budget
Support and monitor site preparation activities
Maintain strong safety standards across all site works
Step in hands-on where required which would suit someone who’s comfortable both leading and getting involved

About You:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role or 4 years’ construction industry
Holding a relevant qualification such as a bachelor’s degree, Diploma of Building & Construction, or trade qualification is desirable
Strong organisational skills with a cost-conscious mindset, able to manage resources effectively and make sound commercial decisions
Practical, safety-focused, and confident coordinating and leading contractors onsite
Comfortable taking a hands-on approach when needed. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the tools as much as overseeing the work
Thrives in a site-based environment with changing priorities and varied tasks
