Drive stakeholder alignment across senior business leaders, Investment Advisors, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and vendor partners by translating complex regulatory and business requirements into clear product priorities.
Manage vendor relationships and performance, including oversight of vendor SLAs, contracts, escalation processes, and delivery accountability to ensure platform stability and innovation.
Champion customer-centric execution by collaborating with Investment Advisors and clients to validate requirements, gather feedback, and ensure the digital experience extends the advisor relationship.
Define comprehensive product requirements that guide Designers and Engineers, ensuring solutions meet advisor and client needs across high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth segments while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Drive product adoption by designing change management programs, advisor enablement initiatives, and compelling narratives that maximize platform value realization and user engagement.
Set and monitor KPIs that measure platform performance against business objectives; conduct regular analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Mentor and develop cross-functional teams, including junior Product Owners, designers, and engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.
