What the Role Entails

1. Overseas AI Cloud Resource Strategic Planning

• Track market dynamics of overseas AI cloud computing and large model services; deliver technology trend assessments and strategic insights;

• Lead technical evaluations for AI Infrastructure resource onboarding and operational planning; establish long-term resource reserves and elastic supply mechanisms.

2. Technical Evaluation and Vendor Selection

• Conduct performance benchmarking and cross-vendor comparative analysis of GPU compute platforms from major providers;

• Participate in technical selection and feasibility assessment of network architecture and high-performance storage solutions for overseas digital intelligence projects.

3. Business Requirements Translation and Solution Design

• Interface with algorithm and engineering teams across business units to translate model training / inference requirements into infrastructure technical specifications;

• Deliver actionable resource matching solutions, including multi-region, multi-GPU-type resource pool scheduling and allocation design.

4. Project Delivery and Full Lifecycle Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of cloud resource projects: requirements gathering → solution design → deployment and implementation → technical operations and maintenance;

• Manage cross-regional (APAC, North America, Europe, etc.) multi-vendor delivery cadence and internal technical team operations, ensuring resource supply SLAs under high-concurrency scenarios.

5. Cost and Efficiency Optimization

• Build compute cost allocation models (TCO) covering the full lifecycle of billing, cost allocation, and reconciliation;

• Drive continuous cost reduction and efficiency gains through resource scheduling optimization, instance type selection, reserved capacity strategies, and other technical measures.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field;

• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure or AI Infra-related domains, with at least 3 years leading overseas cloud resource programs;

• Familiarity with the GPU compute resource ecosystem and upstream/downstream supply chain of major overseas cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, CoreWeave, etc.);

• Proven track record of owning critical technical solution design and delivery management for large-scale AI infrastructure projects;

• Excellent program management and coordination skills — able to align vendors, business stakeholders, and multiple technical teams to ensure on-time delivery under high-concurrency demand;

• Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written); familiar with overseas work culture and practices; experienced in cross-border team collaboration; able to independently lead international technical reviews and program management.
