About the role

Responsibilities: • Responsible for leadership and development of research employees at relevant R&D location • Responsible for directing and implementation of activities related to the discovery, development and manufacture of new products and technologies, as well as for the improvement of existing products and technologies. • Provides technical reports and advice to senior management Qualifications: • Postgraduate degree (preferably PhD) and / or extensive experience in relevant industry or academic environment – scientific and people leadership • Minimum 5-10 years experience in biological drug discovery and / or development • Excellent communication skills (English language) Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
