Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third party logistics provider (3PL) that offers a broad scope of services throughout the entire supply chain. LINC's experienced management team, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings.
Our operation is based in Greer, SC and supports BMW. We manage and operate a warehouse facility that handles pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and daily production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for site leadership and employees
- Manage employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations
- Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Maintain employee records, reporting, and HRIS data accuracy
- Track attendance, manage policy enforcement, and support corrective action processes
- Partner with operations leadership to drive engagement, retention, and team performance
- Support onboarding, orientation, and training coordination for new and existing employees
- Promote a safe, compliant, and positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, or 3PL environments
- Strong employee relations and compliance background
- Experience supporting hourly workforces in a fast-paced operation
- Ability to work independently while partnering closely with operations leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
